No issues once I contacted the support department who answered my questions. I understand that you are in business to make money on a service. I just felt it was costly for a piece of paper or two that would cost me 10. Cents at a FedEx or Office Max type business.

Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. its been really difficult for me to use this progrsm but it does work once i get the hang of it. i think it needs to have a few more features that it might actually have i just cant find how to do it

I like the service overall. The only improvement I could think of would be to work harder on Google integration with Authentication and Chrome apps. They usually work but it's frustrating when they don't work well.

What do you like best?
It is much easier to use than Adobe Acrobat. Much more intuitive functions and file management. It has saved me a ton of time with the cloud storage of documents. I have used effectively for construction related documents.
What do you dislike?
Very rarely I have needed to use another platform because some municipalities require it but 98% of what I need to do is supported.

Remote completion of forms and extracting text from PDF documents mostly.

I have used PDFfiller and it is a great time saver. By making any form to a can be filled. form online.. Its great to find a form that I need , but its not fillable, this fixs that... Their customer service is great, helped me the fist call..

I have had several emergent documents sent to me in PDF-without PDF Filler I was having to print-complete form and either scan the document to my e-mail or fax to the appropriate recipients. PDF filer has saved me an astronomical amount of time :)

How do I lock an Excel file for editing by another user?
As in Excel, click the “File” tab in the ribbon menu. Click “Info” and then click “Protect Document” to restrict who can edit your Word document. The options are similar to Excel, and there is also a “Restrict Editing” feature that lets you specify specific types of editing that are and are not allowed.
How do I unlock an Excel spreadsheet for editing online?
Step 1: Click “File” on the toolbar and then select “Open”. Step 2: Navigate and open the locked file. Step 3: Select “Review” tab on the top ribbon and click “Protect Sheet”. Step 4: Enter password, file will be unlocked.
How do you unlock an Excel spreadsheet locked by another user?
Go to Computer Management → System Tools → Shared Folders → Open Files to find out who has a document locked. If the user can't be contacted to disconnect themselves, you can forcefully do so by right-clicking the locked file and selecting Close Open File (warning: the user might lose their changes).
