I have just been informed by my college that I can't use this format. After paying for it and working with it for months, they prefer I use a format with expandable boxes for each indicator. This is a user friendly method but my only difficulty as been that the only information I can add to the PDF is what fits in the fixed boxes. This would be a suggestion in the formatting of this PDF.

I was shocked to learn AFTER I PAID that the "monthly" payment touted in 3 big choice boxes was ONLY and effective cost IF I paid an annual fee IN FULL. THAT WAS NOT CLEAR and I feel duped. However, I am extremely pleased with what you offer AND the ease of using your site. It is well worth the 29.99/month vs what I thought was 9.99. You really need to make that clear for your customers, though. Don't start a customer relationship with the customer feeling duped or tricked.

Too easy to get into FONT setup and not get out and return to font specified in document. I only wanted to get the lowest priced version, not discontinue.

Great For PDF

Enjoy using this software because I can type my invoices as word and then save them as PDF, and nobody can modify them. w
As of now I really enjoy this software everything looks very neat when either im emailing any document or receiving.

What do you like best?
PdfFiller is a user-friendly application that I often use in the classroom. It has worked well for parent forms and even creating worksheets. Documents are easy to upload and edit with no data or formatting loss.
What do you dislike?
I haven't yet found any CONs for this product and will continue to use and recommend it to others.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would definitely recommend giving pdfFiller a try. It doesn't have a steep learning curve, so is useable right away.

Sending out paper forms wasn't an option this year, so it is easy to create forms that can be sent out and returned electronically. A huge plus is being able to get electronic signatures.

Over the top excellent customer service
First and foremost i want to express the excellent customer service i received from Daniel yesterday evening to the wee hours of this morning. i couldn't figure out how to correct or update a form and my computer literacy was no where to be found. I ask Daniel to please have patience with me and he went above and beyond my expectations. Daniel not only spent hours on trying to help me figure out the issue he also walked me through how to send him a screenshot of the issue! Not once did i ever feel rushed or uncomfortable especially when i wasn't able to follow his instructions. He not only walked me through fixing the form; he also helped me fill in some fields i was unable to do. The most awesome experience was he stayed on the line with me the entire time!!! This is the kind of customer service that is such a rare commodity and i was blessed enough to be on the receiving end with Daniel. Very easy to upload my documents, clean them up and edit and add information. I like that it stores all my documents that I've worked with.
What do you dislike?
Printing from the site has so many print windows to go through.

Easy, Cost Effective. There is not a lot of features to overwhelm someone. For us, it works great as we only need to edit information on new documents but only receive the originals on paper so this is the easiest to get them filled out, and into electronic format for future use
