I experienced quite a steep learning curve. Meaning, the directions I would have found easier to follow would be in steps...step 1, then step two, etc. In other words, the program was really user friendly to first time user.
Also, I thought I signed on for a5.95 one month contract that I could cancel at any time. Why am I being charge19.95 Please answer this question. Thank you

I was a little disappointed when i realized it was $20.00 a month on month to month plan. i intend to cancel after the cycle has ended.

Great Product!
So far, my experience with this product has been great! I have only used the PDF editing features and not played with the APIs. The navigation is friendly and quick, and tools are simple and easy enough to figure out. The page loading time was a little slow in my case- editing a 10 page PDF document, but it was sufficient.

Amazing customer service
I tried it a while ago, and something went wrong when cancelling my subscription (maybe me...). I got charged for the service anyway, but then asked for a refund. The support team was extremely responsive and useful, I'm really happy about their service. Excellent!

Great services with an excellent customer care policy
I enjoyed great services provided by pdfFiller through an annual plan. I used their service in all my dealings with pdf documents. Then for professional reasons, I had to cancel my subscription, and pdfFiller team was extremely kind in offering me a full refund of my subscription fee. Just after 3 minutes of sending them a message, they responded back explaining the details of my refund process. That is what I call a great customer care and professionalism! How do you fix a cracked record?
A preferred method is to put a drop of superglue on a clean piece of paper. Where the crack is, roll this part of the vinyl into the superglue at a vertical angle, like below. Good To Know: Make sure you are extremely gentle when rolling the record in the glue and take extra care not to get the glue in the groves.
Can a cracked vinyl record be fixed?
Repairing your cracked vinyl in this way means that there is limited damage to the face of the record, it's still playable and now fixed back to its original position with minimal mess.
Can a vinyl record be repaired?
While there is no foolproof way to repair scratches on vinyl, you can try using wood glue to remove dust and even out the surface of your record. To prevent scratches, always hold your record from the edges and store it properly when not in use.
How do you fix a crack in vinyl?
Clean the surface with denatured or rubbing alcohol. Use a heat-cure filler like SEM Leather & Vinyl Repair Compound. The application process is similar to that of Soft Filler: apply a thin coat, level and remove excess with a plastic spreader or card.
How do you fix records?
Get two large panes of glass that will fit in your oven. Place the record between the two panes of glass, making sure the record is clean first. Preheat the oven to its lowest temperature setting. Put your vinyl & glass sandwich in the oven for 30 minutes. Turn the heat off.
How do you fix a cracked 78 record?
Working on a hard flat surface, press the record down on both sides of the crack, and apply electrical tape to the rim where the crack is. Mix a very small amount of Epoxy. Spread thin line of epoxy along crack with toothpick. Let this sit for just a minute or so.
Can broken 78 records be repaired?
Using super-glue to repair broken records does work, but results can vary. The broken piece has to be carefully fitted in place, lining up the grooves and the surfaces. If the broken edges chip a bit, the stylus will have a harder time tracking past each edge of the break and might skip or repeat.
