User friendly. In past years I've been able to bring up the forms I need from www.irs.gov and fill out the forms, save and print the forms. Same is true for Louisiana Dept of Revenue. Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. No having to print documents in order to amend them has resulted in more legible contracts and more neatly applied changes. Love it!

Very helpful tool for 1099. How do you auto populate though. I find it tedious to manually type the same info over and over. Still WAY better than the alternative though. Thanks.

There was one issue- the orange pen would pop up when highlighting a word or sentence, suggesting an edit I assume. I would click it then stare at a blue circle waiting waiting waiting. I would just close the entire website and come back.

Had a few difficulties with the process, but was able to sort it out after a little experimentation. I would like the ability to vary the size of signatures. I also tried to change the date format and set a new default but it didn't seem to work.
Overall, I was ok with the program but I really didn't find it fitted my purposes.

what i like the most about this software is that it is flexible and there's a lot of things you can do with the pdf file with this
what i like the least about this software is that it not free, compared to other existing pdf editor, its an disadvantage as i might say

Doing exactly what I want. Have .pdf bank statements that can only upload in .csv format, so converting to Excel then to .csv and can do my work in no time at all.
