For the most part this is an easy and reliable program to navigate. Some forms expect utilization of the text tool which does not always lend to professional format or uniformity. I am unclear whether this is a function of PDFfiller or the form itself.

I have only just started using PDFiller.com and I am very happy with the product. My only compliant is that I was forced to subscribe to it without the option of a free trail etc When I did a search on the web for a free PDF Editor, PDFiller.com was one of the websites that popped up, I edited my document (which was a theory paper that I had already spent hours on !!) and when it went to saving it I could not without paying for service... so not a free PDF editor!!! And you can not subscribe month to month, you had to pay for a full year. I know that is business but very deceiving!

This was the best PDF editor site I have seen thus far! It was so smooth and easy to use, as well as had multiple options to easily save and transfer the document without needing to convert everything back and forth!

What do you like best?
I can remove text with the delete button rather than having the use the eraser tool
What do you dislike?
If I delete all of the characters from a text box, I have to put a space for it to stick; I can't add or drag in other pdfs to merge them. I have to merge them using a separate tool.

I REALLY enjoy. How simple this app. can make a task such as " creating a legal document ". (Which, at first can sound super intimidating ".) become. Easy to use, Step by step explanation's & examples. I love the FREE 3o day upgrade trial. I've tried to think, of anything I would do differently... & I honestly can't come up with a thing!, NICE WORK!!

Reasonable but not fantastic Pretty decent, I'm not sure it's the best PDF software available, but it's not bad and can complete most tasks you'd ask of it. The software works for the most part well and allows the signing and creation of forms, handy for mild administrative use. Support seems limited to live chat only, which is a bit of pain if something goes wrong. It could also do with a mobile app which I don't believe there is currently.

The product is very good and it works very nice and it's very easy to comprehend how to use it, but the way you have the purchase setup I feel is very misleading I signed up for the month the month payment and you took a full year out of my account I did not like that that is why I would never recommend your product to anyone want to use because you can really mess up a person and you could be taking money that they could not have to be taken at the time. You need the fix your payment process area or you will lose other customers like myself because I did report it to the Better Business Bureau cuz I did not appreciate that.

The OW BPA prohibits employers from: Using the employee's age as grounds for termination of employment. Targeting older workers for reduction in force programs. Forcing older workers to sign a waiver of age discrimination claims without consideration.
The Older Workers Benefit Protection Act (OW BPA) was introduced as a precautionary measure for employees over 40. The OW BPA protects older employees from discrimination by employers based on their age during the hiring, working, and termination of employment process.
The OW BPA, which is part of the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (AREA), safeguards older workers' employee benefits from age discrimination. Specifically, the OW BPA requires that older workers provide a “knowing and voluntary” waiver of their age discrimination claims.
The OW BPA is a rider to the AREA, 29 U.S.C. §626. With belt-and-suspenders caution, some employers insist on having two settlement agreements: one for the AREA waiver containing the consideration and revocation periods, and one for all the other claims in the lawsuit.
State and federal laws prohibit companies from discriminating against workers because of their age. The Age Discrimination in Employment Act, or AREA, is a federal law that protects workers older than 40 from unfavorable treatment based on their age.
Usually other employment termination program refers to a group or class of employees who were involuntarily terminated and who are offered additional consideration in return for their decision to sign a waiver.
A group termination of employment is the termination of employment of 50 or more employees working at a single industrial establishment either on the same date or within any 4-week period. It would be unduly prejudicial to the interests of affected employees or of the employer.
Refusing to hire or promote employees 40 years of age or older qualifies as age discrimination, as does firing, limiting compensation, job assignments, benefits, training, or the conditions, terms or employment privileges based on age.
