Had an issue with billing today (a Saturday) however after emailing their customer service team I got a very quick response and kept getting help and support until the issue was resolved, on the same day. The person I was in contact with was very polite, understanding and genuinely wanted to help. I like this software. It makes the process of editing and filling out pdf files faster, especially when it comes to long documents. It's definitely worth trying.
My only con is that sometimes the program freezes and I need to restart it.

Our forms are more professional looking and neater, if this was not easy to use it wouldn't be worth the time but almost any fillable form is either tied to this program or easy to download and complete.
I just tripped across this site last year and needed a vehicle to download lots of forms that needed filling
and I like the professional look over filling with ink. This product works great for all that. Easy to load doc's and use and save.
Struggle to get lettering the right size sometimes.
