The site is very confusing for a first timer and did not explain about using Google Chrome if you need to print any Documents, But Kirsten customer support was very good in helping and very patient to find a solution to enable me to print the Documents I need..

No way to easily add additional pages in a template I used. Had to keep erasing everything to start new page. “Next” button skips all over the page, so this isn’t tablet-friendly. Waste of my annual subscription fee.

It is very handy and you can save your work plus be able to edit your documents at a later time....
need to be able to tab from filler boxes and be able to automatically type in the boxes without having to add text boxes

She was incredible she should be given a raise, a brand new house, a new puppy, and definitely a homemade cake. you should use her to train for your customer service experience there’s not very many people that are helpful as she has been and actually help the problem without getting an attitude and saying it’s your fault.

Not only did I find the product acceptable, but the Customer Service was wonderful, the fast response was the most surprising. My issue was resolved in a day or so ONLINE and included a refund. Keep in mind you cannot get that type of service in person At your local store.
