For people who are not that good in technology like me (you are not to blame), it was a bit difficult to find a website where I could fill important documents to send via internet in a safe manner. After a while, I found your website and once I figured out how to save and send the documents I can say that it is a good website.
My recommendation is to make it even easier to access and follow directions for seasoned people like me.

What do you like best?
I found out that I can not use papers in my work. I can take and use online forms, fill our them with PDFfiller and just forget about it.
What do you dislike?
I need much more tools than only PDF editing and sending. I also use RTF, Docx. Or sometimes I edit them in HTML. So, I need do use other tools too.
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
My team saves insane big amount of time for working with papers. So, our productivity dramatically increased.

The interface of PDFfiller is simple and intuitive. I think that most people can sign up and start using PDFfiller without having to spend much time figuring things out. Once we load a PDF into the system, there are straightforward menu items and labels that help to fill out virtually any form from start to finish. I can save to PDF format with my filled-in information or print right from the PDFfiller website.
What do you dislike?
Anytime I post my information online, I get apprehensive about how my data is being used. Though I'm sure PDFfiller probably takes measures to keep our uploaded and saved documents secure, I just never know with all the malware and server attacks that often occur, in general.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Some people probably don't want to hassle with putting their documents through a digitized system, but I think once you upload one form to PDFfiller, you'll see how intuitive the entire process and may possibly not print out documents to fill them out anymore.

I apparently came to your website…
I apparently came to your website around a month ago for some reason. I do not remember why... But, for whatever reason, I signed up for a 30 day free trial and gave you my CC number. I rarely ever do something like this... either way, I noticed the charge on my debit card statement over the weekend and this morning addressed it with Thomas from Customer Service. I was a little frustrated by it, he calmly read my chat message and assured me he would take care of it. Within minutes I received an email cancelling the subscription and refunding my money. Thomas was curteous, professional, quick, and thorough. This is the kind of customer service I WISH all companies had. Especially technical type companies where you rarely get to speak with a human or a person that you can understand. Thank you for hiring people like Thomas. I teach 3rd grade and most of the resources and district...
I teach 3rd grade and most of the resources and district resources are in PDF or Doc Hub format. This does not allow my students to fill these kinds of worksheets out online. That was a problem until now. PdfFiller is saving me time and effort in preparing lessons for my students.
