The service works well and is very convenient, however I was disappointed by the way I was able to complete an entire form but was not advised it was not free until the form was completed after spending a couple hours working on it. Since this is a pay service, the consumer should be advised immediately upon accessing any forms on an internet search. In order to preserve my work, I had no choice but to subscribe. Perhaps you should market a new service that charges by the document. I would have gladly paid for that up front. The service itself works very well.

What do you like best?
This platform is so easy to use. I usually get very annoyed with pdf files as most of the other websites I have tried have been a complete pain to make the adjustments I need. PDF filler allowed me to easily add the information, download, and save with my personal E-signature with my toddler on my lap ! I am very happy that I found them and will continue to use them for all my conversion needs.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike just yet. The monthly subscription is a bit pricy if you won't be using it often enough so maybe they could have pricing for example 4 downloads monthly etc.

I have been able to fill out pdf forms to submit documents online. It saves the time of printing the pdf, filling it out and then scanning.

Can homeowners pull electrical permits?
Unless you're a Licensed Electrical Contractor (LEC), no. The homeowner is the only person, other than an LEC, allowed to do electrical work in their home.
Can a homeowner pull an electrical permit in Massachusetts?
The state DOES allow homeowners to do their own electrical work (unlike plumbing), but some towns (who can make their own code modifications) do NOT allow it. So you need to check with your town. The state does in fact not only allow homeowners to do their own work, they also don't need to pull permits.
Can a homeowner do electrical work in Massachusetts?
According to Massachusetts Electrical Code, a homeowner may perform electrical work provided that: The work being done is residential, not commercial. And. The person performing the work is the property owner. And. The person performing the work resides at the property.
Can a homeowner do his own plumbing in Massachusetts?
c. 142, which regulates the practice of plumbing in the Commonwealth, exempts homeowners who perform plumbing work in their own homes from its licensing requirements.
What happens if you do electrical work without a permit?
If homeowners are worried about what happens if you get caught without a building permit, and they have non-permitted work, it's possible to get one after the fact. These are referred to as retrospective permits. It's critical that all plumbing and electrical jobs be completed by a licensed contractor.
Do you need a permit to do electrical work?
Virtually all electrical work requires a permit from the Electrical Safety Authority. An electrical permit (also called a Notification) needs to be taken out before or within 48 hours of when the electrical work starts. Permits must be taken out by the party who is doing the work.
What electrical work can be done without a permit?
You can get one without the other. And in most cases, electrical repairs can be done without any building work, but still require a permit from ESA, not the government office.
