The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

Great Program to help buyer's get their electronically signed documents
It makes it much easier for the buyer to get documents that can be electronically signed.
Quality of the documents that get sent to my buyer's is fantastic. The look of the documents are professional quality
Ease of use. It is hard to remember how to set up the file to get to the buyer quickly. I always have to try it 2 different times to get it right.

I have to do alot of document changes in my scope of work. This was the easiest program I've used in the 28 years I've worked in the corporate world. It's everything I have always wished I had at any given point but all in one pretty little program. Usually, theres always one feature not thought of or you dont have the option for, I didnt feel that at anypoint. I tried it a while ago, and something went wrong when cancelling my subscription (maybe me...). I got charged for the service anyway, but then asked for a refund. The support team was extremely responsive and useful, I'm really happy about their service. Excellent!
