Initial rough start when my first document could not be converted to PDFfiller format & problems setting up an account password, but that is behind me now and application is working as advertised.

I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

VA Documentation and Form filling.
I had some VA documents and forms i needed to type out and no way to fill them in online. pdfFiller to the rescue! I was able to easily fill out the required information and to have them submitted. I may be helping as a Veteran Services Officer here in Panama, and this will come in handy as I help veterans get their submissions in that is readable and neat. The learning curve is not too steep. I'd feel more confident with it, if there was a way to save the document other than clicking DONE which closes it....it's better than the government forms I've hassled with!

Can you remove yourself from a deed?
The deed to the house says who own it. Removing yourself from the deed requires completing and recording a quitclaim deed. Keep in mind that removing yourself from the deed doesn't absolve you from any mortgage note you are still named on.
Can my name be taken off a deed without my permission?
Generally, someone else cannot remove you from title without your consent and/or knowledge. You should speak to a local real estate attorney to see how to return your name to title and how it was removed in the first place.
Can you have your name removed from a deed?
How can I remove a name from the title deed? A deed of conveyance such as a quitclaim or warranty deed is the most common way to remove a name from the property deed. A deed of conveyance is usually completed by the buyer and the seller who is being removed from the title and deed.
Can someone add you to a deed without your knowledge?
Oddly enough, the person receiving the interest does not sign the deed. In most states you can file a disclaimer or deed of disclaimer that says specifically you were placed in title without your knowledge or consent and disclaim the deed.
