I had to amend my 2014 federal taxes, and when I went in to the form, it brought me onto your site. I filled out the form and went to print when I found out that there was a cost for the program. I only needed the program for a short amount of time. I will be cancelling the program as soon as my amended tax forms are completed and the IRS is satisfied.

Love this tool. Very intuitive and well built webApp (UI and UX are great). For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). It's hard when you start using it as there isn't a Pugh information on how to use it , so takes along time to do anything but you get the hang of it after a while, needs to be easier to navigate aroud

Quite good!Only after I finished, did I see that the date next to my signature at the bottom was misaligned and printing over some text on the form. So, I had to go back to edit that. Very helpful tool, though!

PDF helped me achieve what I had to when signing documents and when I asked for the subscription to be cancelled they obliged which I was thankful for

It is so easy to learn how to use the app I am not strong on a computer but this made me look like a pro.

Erase and retype over words has been a great help. Its quick and Easy to use.

Honest business practices
Like many other online products, they make it VERY easy to sign up, and not so easy to cancel. But once I found the correct place, they did allow me to cancel and refunded my money quickly. While the product did not fit my needs, the company appears to be legitimate and honest.
