I find this program easy to use, but if I'm totally honest I searched on line how to fill PDF form not understanding that after filling the form in 4 hour ( very complicated licencing form) when I came to save it I had to pay did not think it was clear at the beginning of the process the cost implication as I'm doing this on behalf of a charity low on funds. I am new to this program the search engine next to the description of the for would be great if you could see a picture of the for rather than having to click on it if it is not the one you want then back to the search engine

My QuickBooks won't let me print W2's unless I sign up for their payroll service. We have 2 employees! Not worth the expense! With PDFfiller, I was able to print W2's for much more reasonable price!

Very Easy to use and meet the needs that I had for documents able to make changes on a PDF and electronic sign them as well. Thank you for that ease of use. Ease of use I have a lot of documents in PDF format and they need to be completed by myself before sending for signatures and this helps me make that possible. What do you like best? Definitely needed for any business that handles a lot of paperwork. We use it on almost a daily basis to fix or change a document that may have been mis-written and it is very easy to do this with PDFfiller. The ease of use is fantastic, we recommend it to everyone with a business. What do you dislike? I wish there were more options to match the color of the page when you erase something. And more font options to match the current font on a document. I also wish it was easy to upload multiple documents to create one solid PDF. That is one thing that I would like to see in any new updates. Also the system could possibly use a style refresh. It does seem a tad outdated looking, but that does not affect its usefulness. Recommendations to others considering the product: Just use it! It is worth every penny if you need to edit any documents What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Easily fixing business documents. Very smooth and easy to use. We are able to use this system to edit documents on a daily basis. We love that when you erase something you can just type right where you just erased so it matches the lines perfectly. It also makes it easy to fix boxes and add signature lines. It is also very smooth to upload documents and edit them. Definitely appreciate this system very much and we would recommend it to everyone we know.

Although generally a deed does not have to be recorded to be a valid conveyance, there are practical reasons for recording a deed. Deeds usually do not take effect as to creditors and subsequent purchasers without notice until the instrument is recorded.
While the deed doesn't have to be recorded, the recipient has to prove she received the deed from the prior owner, something that may prove difficult if he's deceased or otherwise unable to confirm it. It is always the best possible choice to record the deed in order to ensure that problems such as this do not occur.
An owner legally transfers his property to another person on an instrument known as a deed. However, failure to record a deed may cause problems for the new owner. For example, the lack of an official deed will make it nearly impossible to sell the property again or refinance a mortgage.
When done properly, a deed is recorded anywhere from two weeks to three months after closing. However, there are many instances where deeds are not properly recorded. Title agents commit errors, lose deeds, and even go out of business. Even county offices sometimes fail to record deeds that were properly submitted.
THE PURPOSE OF RECORDING LAWS. In a few states, an unrecorded deed is invalid unless it is recorded. But in most states, an unrecorded deed is valid only between the granter and the grantee. When a deed is unrecorded, it does not give constructive notice to the world of its contents.
The recording fee for a deed might be $12 in one county and then $15 in another. Some agencies charge by the size of the document. For instance, a land record instrument might have a $60 fee for the first page, then $5 per page after that.
When you buy a home, it is usually the job of your title or escrow agent to file your original deed the document showing that you legally own the property in the appropriate government office in your county.
