What do you like best?
I love that I can alter a pdf with just about anything. I can also send forms to my clients to e-sign through a secure site. Often I use it to sign documents that are sent to me as well.
What do you dislike?
The only drawback that I have is if I upload a document and want to use it for different customers, it doesn't save each one individually.

Great Customer Service
I only needed the service for a specific period and thought I cancelled the service, until I was charged. I contacted customer service and gave every possible email address the service could be connected to, so I thought. None of those emails showed service connected to it, so they ended up submitting a trouble ticket. A few days later they contacted me to see if I was connected to another email address, and it was my husband's business, that I never thought about. Even though it automatically renewed, they responded that they would refund the charge.

New to this software but appears to be want I needed working with the many aspects of PDF's for our website. PDF Filler offered an excellent annual rate. I am concerned a little about getting to involved with them. You see it happen often after one year with service providers the rates start increasing. Than you need to find a new service to merge your existing business with. We'll see. Overall though the company has been excellent.

Do you have to put down earnest money?
Sellers will normally require earnest money. It's usually 1% to 5% of the home purchase price. If the deal successfully completes, the earnest money will go toward your down payment. When you deposit earnest money, it is held in an escrow account with the seller's broker, title company, or escrow company.
Is earnest money necessary?
Earnest money isn't always a requirement, but it could be a necessity if you're shopping in a competitive real estate market. Sellers tend to favor these good faith deposits because they want to ensure that the sale won't fall through. Earnest money can act as added insurance for both parties in the transaction.
Can you buy a home without earnest money?
Even if you are obtaining a mortgage that requires no down payment, such as through government programs, the seller will still expect an earnest money deposit. While buying a home without providing an earnest money deposit isn't impossible, it is quite challenging and very rare.
Do you need earnest money to make an offer?
If you make an offer to buy a house and the seller turns it down, they are required to give you the earnest money back. This should be clearly stated in the purchase agreement. It only makes sense, when you think about it. You are offering this money as a good-faith deposit toward the purchase of the home.
What do I do if I don't have earnest money?
The earnest money is not consideration for the contract. However, if the buyer does not deposit the earnest money with the escrow agent within a reasonable time after contract execution, the buyer would be in default, and the seller could exercise her rights under a default provision.
What is the point of earnest money?
Earnest money is a deposit made to a seller that represents a buyer's good faith to buy a home. The money gives the buyer extra time to get financing and conduct the title search, property appraisal, and inspections before closing.
How much do you have to put down for earnest money?
Here's the short answer. In a slow real estate market, where the seller isn't getting very many offers, you might only have to pay $$5001,000 in earnest money. In a fast-moving market, where there is more demand for homes, you might have to make a bigger deposit, perhaps up to 2% or 3% of the offer amount.
How much earnest money should I put down?
The amount you'll deposit as earnest money will depend on factors such as policies and limitations in your state, the current market, what your real estate agent recommends, and what the seller requires. On average, however, you can expect to hand over 1% to 2% of the total home purchase price.
