This is an excellent program; however certain functions are difficult, especially "moving text" and aligning the text to create a uniform picture.

I am just learning about this program. So far it is easy and appears secure. I have initially been using the redaction/ blackout feature for several PDF files that I am sending to a client and it has been very effective. I am impressed with the "save" feature in that it allows you to save the edited file in a different format, I.e. Word.

I spent approx $70 for PDF Filler, could not find a page rotate icon when I really needed it, then a screen popped up that I would have to spend $120 per year to have this additional function. I was in the midst of needing to reorient some legal documents so paid the additional money. I find this to be less than fair business practice as when I signed up there was no clear breakdown presented on the functions available for different costs.

the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

It is a very robust platform that could use a few more page editing tools - what about cut and paste to move a line of text left or right?

Definitely get it. It is the best money spent for my productivity. Per the question above, I am now going to check out and see if this integrates with other software!!

Outstanding Tool To Fill Out PDFs.
Enjoy it.
Pdf filler does exactly what it says. It allows you to fill out that important PDF without having to print or use old school tactics (namely pen and ink) to get work done.
No cons whatsoever. It delivers and I definitely downloaded it at some point in life and was satisfied with whatever reason I did.

Easy to use.
I have been using this app for a long time and is really easy to learn how to use and reliable results. Pros. This does everything that Adobe apps should do. It is a great way to reduce paper use.
UI looks a bit sophisticated, but it does what you need. Sometimes the support service takes a long time

Easy to use!
Easy to upload files and edit them. Can add text, check boxes and even add wet signatures. All files kept in one place and can be easily downloaded back to my documents once edited!

I had an issue with accessing a form shared by a colleague. I wrote to the PDFfiller support team and received their response very swiftly. How are funds disbursed at closing?
At the time of closing or shortly thereafter, the lender will remit funds to the closing agent's escrow account for disbursement. The closing agent represents all parties in a transaction: the buyer, seller and lender.
How long does it take to fund after closing?
Buyers and Sellers Buyers do not legally own their new property until their mortgage funds. Sellers have not legally sold their property until funding. Typically, this is not a problem since dry closings, by state practice or lender preference, are usually funded quickly, within 24 to 48 hours.
How long after closing are funds disbursed?
Wet funding Once confirmed, your lender will order the wire ahead of time, ensuring that the money is disbursed on the date of closing or up to two days later. This way, the funds can be paid out to the seller and other parties right away.
How long does it take to get money from a cash out refinance after closing?
If I'm getting cash out with my refinancing, will I receive the funds at closing? No. You won't receive the funds until three to five days after closing. The Truth in Lending Act requires your lender to give you three business days after closing to cancel the refinancing.
Can a loan be denied after closing?
After Closing Although it's rare, it is even possible for your lender to pull a refinancing loan after closing. Technically, your loan doesn't actually fund during the rescission period, so the lender could decide to not send the money. If you aren't in some form of default, though, this would be a breach of contract.
How long does it take to get money after refinance?
Federal law says that if a homeowner refinances a loan from another lender, they have 3 days to back out. This means that your lender most likely won't give you the funds until the 3-day period is up.
Do buyers and sellers meet at closing?
However, when everything comes together, the buyer, seller, Realtors®, and title representatives come together at the closing to exchange ownership of the house. The agreements signed at closing are between the buyer and seller, but also between the buyer and the lender.
Are buyers and sellers present at closing?
The seller does not have to be present at the buyers' closing. It is a common misconception that all the parties must sit around the table together at closing and exchange documents and keys. The closing attorney should explain to you when the closing date is set, and how you should receive your proceeds.
