For people who are not that good in technology like me (you are not to blame), it was a bit difficult to find a website where I could fill important documents to send via internet in a safe manner. After a while, I found your website and once I figured out how to save and send the documents I can say that it is a good website.
My recommendation is to make it even easier to access and follow directions for seasoned people like me.

I work in a Legal Department and we review a lot of contracts on a daily basis. Most of the documents came in on PDF format, so using PDF filler to convert the file to an MS Office is easy.

PDF Filler so far has been the easiest website to use to sign documents, edit PDF's, save, export, etc. I'm wishing I had found this sooner! Plus I love that they offer a 30 day free trial because it allows me to use all of the features before deciding whether or not to purchase for long term usage.

Who gets deposit when buyer backs out?
If the buyer backs out just due to a change of heart, the earnest money deposit will be transferred to the seller. You also need to watch the expiration date on contingencies, as it can impact the return of funds. Make sure to work with a reputable, experienced real estate agent when crafting your offer.
What happens if buyer does not deposit earnest money?
The earnest money is not consideration for the contract. However, if the buyer does not deposit the earnest money with the escrow agent within a reasonable time after contract execution, the buyer would be in default, and the seller could exercise her rights under a default provision.
Is a contract valid without earnest money?
1 Answer. The contract will still be enforceable if no earnest money is given. The exchange of the real estate for the purchase price is completely adequate consideration sufficient to support a contract, even without earnest money.
How many days does a buyer have to deposit earnest money?
