I mistakenly did not cancel the trial… I mistakenly did not cancel the trial period and was billed for a year's subscription. When I wrote to the support team, they immediately cancelled the subscription with a full refund. To make a letterhead, start by opening a new Microsoft Word document and saving it as a template. Then, click “Insert” and “Header” in the top menu bar. Enter your letterhead text, like your company name, address, and phone number. You can also add a logo by clicking on “Picture” in the “Insert” tab.
