I have struggled trying to fill in 1099 forms for 3 days. Decided to Google for a template. Found PDFfiller and I am over the moon on how easy it is to use. Love it!

At first, I didn't understand what I needed to do first. I filled out the form I pulled up and then
submitted it, but was sent to a page to choose which plan I wanted. When I realized I needed to
choose a plan, I chose one, but then I had to fill out the form all over again! Then I submitted it, but
the form again, but it wouldn't appear on my list of filled forms. My list only lhad a previous form from 7/15/2015. I chatted with a representative and she helped me get my second version on my list.
This rep was extremely patient and nice, and did all she could to help me. I'm very happy I spoke with her.

Although I initially had thought this was free, the overall experience is a positive one. The insertion process could be initially a little more self-setting / precise but overall good to use for my purposes

Having client's sign documents and creating forms.
The ability to create, fill and sign PDF documents was the best part about this software for me, personally.
I thought it was worth every penny and I also thought it was beneficial to have a free trial initially as well.

Navigation is not intuitive and the user interface is cluttered.

What requirements apply to a notary's seal?
NOTE- Although the use of an official seal is not required by law it is prudent that all notaries use a seal when performing notarial acts. NOTE- Round stamp must contain any ink color OTHER THAN black or yellow ink. Seal impression must be photographically reproducible.
What is required on the notary's seal?
To be legally recognized, the engraved embosser seal or the black inked rubber stamp seal must contain: The notary's exact name as it appears on their commission certificate. The assigned commission number. Three phrases: Notary Seal, Notary Public, State of Missouri.
Is a notary valid without a seal?
No seal required, but specific requirements if choose to use one. If the notary does not utilize a notarial seal or stamp, the words Notary Public and My commission expires (commission expiration date) shall be typed or printed legibly by the notary near the notary's official signature on a notarial certificate.
Where do I place my notary seal on a document?
Make sure the document has a space for the notary to sign and place their seal. This is usually near the end of the document or near the place where you will sign. The seal and signature of the notary public serves as an authenticating mark.
Does Rhode Island require a notary seal?
State of Rhode Island Official Notary Seal Requirements Rhode Island General Law requires the use of a notary stamp when notarizing documents. The stamp shall be in round (circular) or rectangular form with an edge border surrounding the required elements of the stamp.
Does Texas require a notary seal?
Is a notary public seal required? Yes. A notary public shall provide a seal of office that clearly shows, when embossed, stamped, or printed on a document, the words “Notary Public, State of Texas” around a star of five points, the notary public's name, and the date the notary public's commission expires.
