I am using it time to time for to fill the pdf. I got this because IRS fillable from will not let me I have used IRS form like 1099 and 1096 and other forms. Easy to move PDF and update. Also I can save filled PDF to my folder. I really like the filled and sign.

I do think that is for the more tech savvy individuals that deal with PDFs on a daily basis. Billing, invoices and subscription Kara was excellent help in clarifying payment and free trial with me. Very friendly and helped solve the issue in seconds. Conclusion, the invoice can only be downloaded after the free trial has ended and subscription actively kicks in.

Double-click anywhere on the top or bottom margin of your document. The header or footer will open, and a Design tab will appear on the right side of the Ribbon. Type the desired information into the header or footer. When you're finished, click Close Header and Footer.

Headers and footers are typically used in multiple-page documents to display descriptive information. In addition to page numbers, a header or footer can contain information such as: The document name, the date and/or time you created or revised the document, an author name, a graphic, a draft or revision number.
Go to Insert > Header or Footer. Choose from a list of standard headers or footers, go to the list of Header or Footer options, and select the header or footer that you want. Or, create your own header or footer by selecting Edit Header or Edit Footer. When you're done, select Close Header and Footer or press Esc.
A header is the top margin of each page, and a footer is the bottom margin of each page. Headers and footers are useful for including material that you want to appear on every page of a document such as your name, the title of the document, or page numbers.
Usually such text will be a running head or running foot at the top or bottom of the page, but header and footer content is not confined to the top and bottom; it can appear anywhere on the pagan the same place on every page (but some content can be dynamic; for example, a page number can change on every page).
Double-click the header or footer area (near the top or bottom of the page) to open the Header & Footer tab. Select Link too Previous to turn off the link between the sections. Select Header or Footer and do one of the following: Choose Remove Header or Remove Footer near the bottom of the menu.
