experience good so far. just subscribed and I'm still learning my way around,but I alredy like it. Ist meeting my purpose . But I wish they had a PDF to word converter included. My only problem is that when I save it in my computer even in word I'm not able to edit it.I can only edit on PDFiller.

The interface has improved, but it is not perfect. I chose PDFiller because of its simplicity. I love that I can use it anywhere without having to install it in every computer I use. I wish it included a crop feature or the ability to modify the page size. I also wish we could delete previous files with the same name so that there is no confusion. There are several other little things, but these are the top major issues I've had.

The only issue I had was I had to complete it all in one sitting. Even though I paid for the sertvice it wouldn't let me save it. I started the document 3 times and lost all previous info the first two times.

Exceptional Support ...I purchased an online PDFfiller annual plan for $120 by mistake. I really only wanted to try it for a month. Anyway, as it turned out, it was not a good fit for me so I requested a cancellation. It is one of the most hassle-free refunds that I ever experienced ... was done overnight for the full amount. Doing exactly what I want. Have .pdf bank statements that can only upload in .csv format, so converting to Excel then to .csv and can do my work in no time at all.

What do you like best?
I like how simple it is to navigate fields. The program is really good about identifying editable fields in all documents.
What do you dislike?
I think they can improve the downloading/saving function. There seem to be more steps than one would expect.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for software that is simple and allows you to edit PDF files easily, this is your program. I feel the least amount of pain when renewing my subscription. For me, it is a must-have tool.
