For the UX though, it can be a bit tough to jump in and out of different modes (editing which is "Open" - maybe call is "Fill", and tough to get to the fillable edit section). I absolutely LOVE the convenience PDF filler provides for our patients, as well as our front desk staff. The only thing that would improve the service would be a guide that indicates to the patient that they missed a section, so they know to keep scrolling to complete all the forms.

How long can you leave formula out?
Formula that is sitting out at room temperature must be thrown away after 1 hour. If it is in the refrigerator, premixed formula (also called ready-to-feed formula) that is opened must be thrown out after 48 hours. Formula that you mixed must be thrown out after 24 hours.
How long is formula good for after mixed?
Formula that's been prepared should be consumed or stored in the refrigerator within 1 hour. If it has been at room temperature for more than 1 hour, throw it away. And if your baby doesn't drink all the formula in the bottle, throw away the unused portion do not save it for later.
How long does formula last in fridge?
A prepared (but untouched) bottle of formula can be stored in the back of the fridge for 24 hours. Opened containers of ready-to-feed and liquid concentrate formulas are good for 48 hours. Powdered formula should be used within one month of opening the can or tub. Your fridge should be at 4 °C or 40° F.
