I am unfamiliar with these programs and so I struggle. I was unable to increase the size of the text in one of my forms and it looks awkward on the form after printed.

So far my overall experience has been pretty great. The only thing I would recommend would be having more of a collection of pdf's to compare on certain subjects. Other than that, I am one happy customer!

I have been very frustrated in trying to create our 1099s for 2022 in pdfFiller. I began a chat with "Kara" and she was wonderful and very patient walking me through the different steps to create a template. She also sent me a video as a tutorial. Very helpful. I used the free trial to compile rent due ledgers for the ************** requirement. I did not cancel on time and was charged $180 dollars. I reached out to support and ****** returned my email within minutes. I provided my information to customer service specialist ****** and he fixed the problem. There wasn't any back and forth emails. It was straight to the point. Thank you ****** for being quick and professional.

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

Slight misunderstanding promptly resolved
There was initially a slight misunderstanding, however, I was lucky enough to get Dee again when I reopened the chat. She had thought that I just wanted my subscriptions automatic payments cancelled. Really I wanted the payment stopped and the subscription cancelled. Thankfully she worked up until the last minutes of her shift to help me. She was excellent help!

How do you dispose of PHI?
Before PHI can be thrown out it should be made indecipherable by shredding or burning. The surest way is to hire a reputable company to destroy the records. Help your employees comply with these procedures: Place small bins at each workstation clearly labeled PHI FOR PROPER DISPOSAL ONLY DO NOT TRASH.
What is the proper way to destroy medical records?
Burning, shredding, pulping, and pulverizing for paper records. Pulverizing for microfilm or microfiche, laser discs, document imaging applications. Magnetic degassing for computerized data. Shredding or cutting for DVDs. Demagnetizing magnetic tapes.
