Great tool in a pinch!
The google chrome extension worked really well since you can't just click on something in drive and easily open it - and I've had issues with Adobe for some time. This software did what I needed it to do multiple times.
This is typically slow to open, and saving & retrieving files is a bit clunky.

How do I remove a car from Total?
You can remove a vehicle from your Total account by logging into your account online or by calling the Total Customer Service Center. It is important to update your account and deactivate the Total sticker that was on your vehicle right away, so your account is not linked to a vehicle you no longer own.
How do I change my Etta toll tag?
Requesting a new Tolling is simple, free and can be done via the online customer service center. Log in to your account and click on Account Maintenance on the left side navigation. Under Place Orders is the link to request a new Tollways.
Can I get my tags if I owe tolls?
Drivers who owe back tolls will not be allowed to renew their vehicle registration until tolls and fees owed are paid in full. Payment in full is required for Riverbank to release the vehicle registration hold.
What happens if you don't have a toll tag?
The tolls charged will be at least 50% higher than if you had used a toll tag. If you don't pay the bill promptly, you will get additional bills, that will include additional fees. Continue to ignore, and you can be blocked from renewing car registration, and your car may be impounded.
What do I need to get a toll tag?
Permanent metal license plate number for each vehicle that will have a Tolling. Vehicle year, color, make and model. A valid driver's license and issuing state. Credit/debit card.
Can you get toll fees waived?
Once a customer's tolls have been paid in full, violations, fines and fees will be waived. Customers currently on payment plans (they will not have to make additional payments). Customers currently in registration suspension settlements or those who have been referred to the DMV for registration suspension.
