What do you like best?
The Best Part is the Ease of Use and very intuitive.. The ease of editing any PDF files and so easy to send my real estate contracts to be signed from anywhere!!! And it is Priced just right!!!
What do you dislike?
Hummm.... I really can not think of any! At first it was hard to navigate, but once you know where everything is .. its very easy.. I really don't know why anyone would use DocuSign, the y charge so much for so little.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would give it a try.. I did and love it.. so easy to use.. and so affordable.

Sometimes a bit complicated but no other company has my attention yet
This software can edit, find, fax, email, and fix documents. fax is strong, and blacking out and deleting items is nice.
Sometimes you can see where old edits have been made and they print bad.

This morning my subscription to PdfFiller was automatically renewed. Once I realized it, I notified the company to cancel my subscription and to provide a refund. Within a short time, I received a response confirming that the subscription was canceled and that the charge was reversed. I would definitely recommend this company and would use them again if I had a need.TL

Love this app very easy to use
Love this app very easy to use. I highly recommend for applications that require "fill in" sections, majority of us have terrible handwriting and there is nothing more annoying than explaining what you wrote. Also you want to ensure your application is submitted as quickly and efficiently as possible.

How do you work out a disposal?
Disposal of an Asset The machine's book value or disposal value can be calculated by subtracting from original cost, its depreciated cost. For instance, the depreciation value of machine at time of sale is $4000, means its book value is $1000. The company will try to sell the machine at least at its book value.
How do you use a garbage disposal?
Run a steady stream of cool water into the sink before turning on the garbage disposal. Before placing any food waste into the disposal, turn it on first. Gradually feed food waste into the disposal, avoid putting large amounts of food waste all at once as this may slow the grinding process.
Do you need to run water when using a garbage disposal?
YES. You must run a good flow of water until the grinding has stopped. In fact, it is a good idea to run cold water down the disposal before grinding food particles and then also after the grinding has stopped as well.
How long should you run your garbage disposal?
Run the disposal until food is gone (usually 30 seconds is enough). Turn it off and let the water run for another 10 or 15 seconds to flush out the drain.
