Everything works great, however when you send a document to sign, it would be more helpful if there was a brief explanation of instructions, so the receiving end understands how to actually go in and sign the document.

Program is very user friendly.
Able to properly prepare and submit IRS Form 941.
Easy to use and instructions on usage is very user friendly. Cost to use the system is affordable. Ability to save documents is crucial to church finances.

Great, however, could be improved with quicker selection of initialing or signing. Maybe a way of clicking at the point of initialing and pasting without having to select each time you have to initial as slow if having to do lots of initialing.

How do I email a distribution group?
Compose a New Email. Click the From field and select Other email address. Note: If you do not see the From field, navigate to Options and select From in the section Show fields. Select the Distribution List address from the Global Address List. Send the email.
How do I email a distribution list in Gmail?
Open Gmail and click the Compose button to the left corner of your Gmail window (indicated by an arrow in the image below). Type the name of your email group in the To, CC, or BCC field of the new email. Compose your subject and email message. Click Send to send the mail.
How do I create an email distribution list in Gmail?
To create a contact group: Click Gmail in the top-left corner of your Gmail page, then choose Contacts. Select contacts that you want to add to a group, click the Groups button, then create new. Enter the name of the group. Click OK.
