I lost you.... I found you then I tried to get a refund unable to figure out your site.... I tried for months you can see it was never used, CHASE tried to reach you...long story you had popped up I never noticed the name of this when I crashed that was it... I have all of the old emails off a hard drive on a back up device... I might re sign but 30 days is not worth losing 72.00 I dont use this much most of my forms are already loaded not sure yet I have become further disabled trying to recover back then your chat did not work nothing....

I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. I liked the clear simple explanations.and the fact that it stops you from clicking on anything until it has explained the basic functions of the key attributes. For some of us who think they can probably figure it out on our own the little speed bump and wake up call save a LOT of time.

What do you like best?
This platform is so easy to use. I usually get very annoyed with pdf files as most of the other websites I have tried have been a complete pain to make the adjustments I need. PDF filler allowed me to easily add the information, download, and save with my personal E-signature with my toddler on my lap ! I am very happy that I found them and will continue to use them for all my conversion needs.
What do you dislike?
I haven't really found anything that I dislike just yet. The monthly subscription is a bit pricy if you won't be using it often enough so maybe they could have pricing for example 4 downloads monthly etc.

I am a relatively new user to pdffiller, but have found the platform user friendly and does exactly what I need it to. Helping me modernise a lot of statutory requirements for e-signatures and template creations.
When I experienced issues loading documents due to permissions through my work network, the support team at pdffiller responded quickly and continued assisting myself and co-ordinated with my employers IT support function to resolve it within 24 hours, allowing me to get on with my job.

Great experience when I used it when I had to switch over to my online college classes, but unfortunately, you cannot add some special characters such as the degree sign not can I put subscripts which I need for my chemistry class, but everything was on point!
