I really like the application a lot. I am finding the fact that you do not have a field value setting which comes in handy for allowing a Check Mark to have a Value and Calculate costs based on Check Marks or Drop Down Menus. I also would love a copy and paste a single field, this comes in handy for repetitive drop down menus. Prepopulating a field from an earlier field value would be great in helping people not have to enter same information more than once.

PDFfiller Review
In my job, we send out contracts and W-9 forms to meeting attendees all the time. PDFfiller is great because attendees can quickly "sign" and send their documents right back, without having to print the forms, sign them manually, and then deal with faxing/scanning/or taking a picture to send it back. I like how seamless PDFfiller is.
Sometimes, the actual signature does not populate, and all that shows is a stamp saying the person signed it. However, with things like contracts and W-9s, we need an actual signature, whether it be manual or digital.

This is a great tool to expedite routine tasks like filling out forms
Ease of use and flexibility of product are what I like the most. I have found product to be a great time saver.
I haven't experienced any negative problems except sometimes I have had a problem saving my template.

Other than being billed initially for a 30 days trial, I contacted Customer Service right away and they credited me back the $144 first year right away. Otherwise, I am liking the service so far. Just learning how to use it.

What does it mean to optimize a PDF?
Answer: To optimize a PDF usually means to reduce the size of the files so that they are more optimal for Internet use. If you work with PDF files, there is a good chance this will be useful to you. By shrinking the size of the file, you can now send the PDFs as email attachments or even a bulk of them.
What does optimizing a PDF do?
Most PDF editing/creation software offer an option called Fast Web View or Optimize that allows PDF files to display the first few pages of the PDF file when the document is opened, instead of waiting for the full file to be available. Optimized files are also generally smaller than non-optimized files.
What is the difference between PDF and PDF optimized?
Reduce Size PDF is one particular set of settings of the Optimizer. And it is some average setting, but it may or may not really work for you. Optimized PDF is controlled via the Optimizer, where you have full control over the settings, such as image resolution reduction, font embedding, etc.
How do I make a PDF file smaller, so I can upload it?
Locate the PDF file you want to make smaller.
Click on and hold the PDF file.
Drag the PDF file to the Drop PDF here icon on the screen. The file will upload and begin compressing.
Scroll down and click on Download File Now.
Select the location where you'd like to save the file.
Click on Save.
