I have used the free trial twice. When I signed up for a $6 one month personal subscription I was billed $20USD. I have sent an email about this and hope to have it resolved.

I love the ease and speed I can convert docs to fillable pdf files. I am not so happy with repeatedly being asked to rate the features, take a survey and attend a webinar.

Amazing customer experience
Amazing customer experience! Their services are quick and efficient. I started with their Live Support Chat but was quickly connected to staff members who responded to me by emails. I had Marie and Anna to help me. They are all friendly and extremely helpful. They responded to my question quickly, and after I explained to them briefly what my issue was, they took care of the issue swiftly. Their software is easy to use. I love this product, it is readily available on the internet can work a handful of pages to correction without downloading this software.
Cant think of many cons it works best for me to do my general corrections, might not have detailed features for a professional editor, but definitely works for me.

They were super helpful to me when I accidentally subscribed. They voided the transaction and were understanding. I really appreciate this because there are too many other automatic subscriptions that would not have been as forgiving.
