Amazing Customer Service
While I was reviewing a couple of unauthorized charges on my PayPal account I noticed they were from PDF filler. Upon further investigation as to what PDF filler is, I realized that this was due to something a professor from a course I had taken last year had required the class to use to complete an assignment. He assured us that though we may need to put in our personal information, the service we were using would be "free". I did not realize that “free” was then turned into a renewable purchase fee. I contacted PDF filler to dispute the charges and explained what had happened. This company responded to my email with genuine kindness within a couple of hours to assist me with providing a refund upon receipt of a response providing verification information. I emailed them the information and again, within a couple of hours, I received a response that I had been refunded the fee. I appreciate how professional, considerate, and amazingly responsive this company has been- the whole process was quick and painless and I will certainly consider using PDF Filler in the future should I need such a service!!

Can you remember what all the lower…
Can you remember what all the lower case letters look like when you are filling out forms by hand. I didn't remember, but when you use PDF filler you it does it for you.

I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in. Customer support replies quickly and they are very professional.

The Docx Software - Openpgp feature is a powerful tool that allows you to securely encrypt and decrypt your documents using the OpenPGP encryption standard. Follow these steps to make the most out of this feature:

Access the Docx Software - Openpgp feature by logging into your pdfFiller account and navigating to the 'Docx Software' section.

Upload the document you want to encrypt or decrypt by clicking on the 'Upload' button and selecting the file from your computer.

Once the document is uploaded, click on the 'Openpgp' tab to access the OpenPGP encryption options.

To encrypt a document, click on the 'Encrypt' button. You will be prompted to enter the recipient's public key or email address. If you don't have the public key, you can request it from the recipient.
