I received a message saying thank you for payment on the annual subscription. I simply emailed back stating that I had cancelled the subscription before the trial period ended, and I requested a refund. I was contacted almost immediately from a representative of pdfFiller that they had cancelled the subscription and issued a credit back to me. I am impressed with how quick and easy it was. Not much not to like. Spell checker would be nice. though.

After creating a document and saving it, it landed back in the template folder. Have to switch over to documents to access

Basically does what I need
Basically does what I need. Could use better Help function. Example: I haven't figured out how to control the type font used nor how to match existing fonts in a document.

When I first started using PDFfiller (couple of years ago) I wasn't impressed with it - it could have been because of a lack of experience. I had problems with lining up numbers or letters within the document. However, now it is a breeze and this program is great. I am beginning to depend on it a lot. Bottom line - it is a great product.
