I needed fast, no nonsense access to CMS approved forms, HCFA1500 to be specific. This was fast, easy to use, and I can save my files to my pc. I can edit, print, e mail, fax, its great! I love it! I had questions on how to use certain edit features, I couldn't figure out, as I am not a computer "savy" person, I just get on, know what I have to do, and need it to work. I first tried PDFfiller with a trial subscription and to be honest, I really just wanted it so I could add text to a document and I didn't plan to extend my subscription. But after trying it, I liked it so much, I continued the subscription after the trial and my subscription expires in 2 days and I plan to renew for another year. I'm a freelance paralegal and often need to add text (and complete forms) in .pdf format. The program is also very easy to use and has many great features (like "erase" and different font styles and sizes). My subscription has more than paid for itself and I would - and do - highly recommend PDFfiller to anyone looking for this type of program.

I love it
I love it! I am a teacher and due to COVID-19, I have had to learn how to teach online. This program allows me to give feedback directly on the page for each student, as well as create and personalize assignments. It's been a lifesaver!

Service only needed once
I'm in my 89th year and only needed to send in the form once...I didn't know that I was subscribing to ongoing service. I live on Social Security supplemented by savings so I can't afford $96 per year for a service I only needed once. Thank you for the time I did need you.

Very quick, efficient and courteous customer service. My elderly mother subscribed to this service and couldn't remember why. I explained the situation via emails with Customer Support and they refunded the annual subscription fee after I verified a few details. I really appreciated their understanding and quick response. I needed to use the service for an application! It was only needed once. The day I was going to cancel it due to no longer needing the service the money had already come out of my account. They immediately refunded it and even offered a discount if I wanted to continue using it. I highly recommend it was an easy to use service with many benefits packed in.
