PDF filler is a real time saver
PDF filler is really good for formatting forms that don't come with editable text boxes. This is really useful for me as it saves me having to print off forms, write on them and then upload and send them back.
I have had an issue where one of the forms I was working on suddenly refreshed and I lost my progress. But it's only happened once

Is draw pay legal?
Paying Most Sales Employees Purely on Draw and Commission No Longer Lawful In California. Blog California Employers Blog. Last month a California appellate court held that an employer violates California law by paying inside sales employees on a draw against commission.
Can a company make you pay back a draw?
The employer cannot recover the money from a future commission, so the only way to recover the draw is to demand the employee return the money already paid an unlawful kickback. Based on that principle, the panel held that the repayment-upon-termination policy was unlawful.
Do you have to pay back a draw?
Employees who received a draw were required to repay it, by deducting the amount of the outstanding draw from the next paycheck. Gregg's policy provided that upon termination of employment, “the employee will immediately pay the company any unpaid deficit amounts.”
How does getting paid on a draw work?
A draw is an advance against future anticipated incentive compensation (commission) earnings. With a draw versus commission payment, typically the only way for the sales employee to earn a higher salary is to meet or exceed specific sales goals in order to earn a higher amount than the draw rate.
Can a company take back commission?
Can an Employer Legally Do a Charge Back? Most courts agree that employee charge backs are legal so long as it is indicated in the employment contract between the employee and the employer. Therefore, a court is less likely to hold an employee liable for employer losses by forcing them to give back excess commission.

A recoverable draw (also known as a draw against commission) is a set amount of money paid to the sales representative by the company at regular intervals. When the commissions are earned, the salesperson pays back the draw.
Is it illegal to not pay commission?
The Fair Labor Standards Act requires employers to adhere to its minimum wage and overtime policies, but it does not mandate commission payments. If you agreed to pay an employee on a commission basis, whether you can withhold her pay comes down to terms of the agreement and applicable state law.
Can I sue my employer for not paying me my commission?
Employers also cannot refuse to pay earned by uncollected commissions earned when an employee leaves a company. Failure to pay commissions or other wages owed at termination subjects an employer to additional liability for waiting time wages of a full day's pay up to 30 days until the amount is paid in full.
