A little overwhelming at first. Trying to send to a client to fill out a form but it seems a little difficult. A webinar would be nice. I am going through the FAQ with some success.

Time is money in most professions and Real Estate is no exception. This program has saved me a lot of time, money and aggravation and has really simplified the real estate negotiation process. I have had trouble finding documents and sending them in the past, it seems as though this site is easier to use today. I'm not the most tech savvy person in the world so I am learning sometimes the hard way!
Definitely easier yesterday: to find documents to fill out and send. Makes billing a breeze!

Excellent support and customer service
I registered for an annual membership, but I didn't pay attention that the membership fee is calculated in US dollars. I live in Canada and it was expensive for me. I emailed support department to cancel my membership and they responded in less than an hour and sent me a full refund.
I appreciate the excellent customer service and proper support, polite and professional behavior of the staff.

What do you like best?
I love that you can store your signature in the program. Also much more professional look over using a pen to fill forms.
What do you dislike?
The extra level of security when logging in slows you down a little. Its probably actually a good thing as your forms are stored in the system
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have tried to figure out ways to fill pdfs without signing on to this system, it was a foolish waste of time. I am not the type of person that signs on to programs like this, I always felt like they were scams. I am so very happy with this program, I wish that I had signed up for this much sooner. I am not even using all of the features of this program and Its totally worth every cent!
