The App is clunky and not easy to use and annoyed that when trying to combine different documents have to upgrade to the next level.
So overall good product on laptop, poor app and disappointing capabilities v price.

It is difficult to find a form that I need. I have to do a general google search, then click on the link, and fill in the form, then log into my pdf filler account. Wish it were easier to find specific forms.

It's very easy to edit the documents…
It's very easy to edit the documents and a lot of flexibility was put into thought in pdffiller and I'm very impressed.

pdfFiller has wonderful support. You can email them or use a chat feature. From the chat feature, I was able to do a remote session through zoom to get my issues resolved quickly. Through email they always respond within 20 minutes. Great customer service!

Only ever used Adobe in the past. Found this affordable option. It is fantastic. User friendly and effective app. I applied for a rental with a heap of forms to fill out and now our family are living in it. I accidentally signed the 1year subscription. Advised that I only wanted to use it during the trial period for a purpose and happy to pay for one month. They communication was quick and on point. They summarised and actioned exactly what I requested. Only charged me $30 for the month and cancelled my future subscription. I would happily use this again. Thank you.

What do you like best?
It is easy to use - quick to navigate, simple to amend pdf documents
What do you dislike?
Sometimes not compatible with the pdf you upload, so when saved it hasn't accurately filled in the right boxes
What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
The ability to quickly amend and update documents that clients sends in a pdf format, and also to change into other formats such as word.

I love the product just don't have the need to justify a full subscription. I enjoyed the trial period and had great Customer Service when needed. Very prompt with replies. I would recommend this product.

How do I print to PDF without printer?
Google Chrome: Click the menu and click Print.
Microsoft Office: Open the menu, select Export, and select Create PDF/XPS Document.
LibreOffice: Open the File menu and select Export as PDF.
How do I save a PDF without a printer?
In many programs, you can print to PDF without installing a PDF printer at all. Google Chrome: Click the menu and click Print. Click the Change button under Destination and select Save as PDF. Microsoft Office: Open the menu, select Export, and select Create PDF/XPS Document.
How do I print just the text from a PDF?
Click FILE, PRINT and the Print Preview should show only the text you inserted. Insert a copy of your original PDF document and print. If ok, print onto the original document you received. To restore to the completed document, click UNDO MOVE, that should bring back the document's original text, then save as desired.
