Excellent Customer Support
I received quick email responses from costumer support and very fair and kind help - I wasn't aware of my subscription status and was billed for a full year. Because I didn't need the full year subscription, I cancelled my subscription and emailed customer support right away to let them know. I requested a refund and it was kindly granted. Mind you, I emailed them as soon as I got my billing notification from PayPal and my bank account hadn't been charged yet - but they made sure to refund me before I was charged! Many thanks to the helpful customer support worker.

I find that it was ok except the fact of having to put my credit card in for doing something the same day.. for a 30 day trial. ABSOLUTELY SAD :(

I have really enjoyed using the software. I use it on my iPhone, on my windows PC, on my Mac and my iPad so it's a multiplatform Holy Grail. I still use the program. Have it installed on all my computers and IOS devices. there are a lot of features that I've not used so I can't truly say much about them, but overall I'd definitely recommend the program to others.

REAL EASY TO USE, INTUITIVE, EASY TO FIND THE NEEDED OPTIONS.
ONE THING IT LACKS IS THE FEATURE TO COLUMISE THE TEXT. LIKE ALIGNING TO CENTER, LEFT, RIGHT. IT WOULD BE GOOD TO HAVE THE OPTION TO DO THAT. LIKE THE ONE MICROSOFT WORD HAS.

How do I edit a feature story?
Login to Billy, hover over the Story Maker tab and select Feature Story. Hover over the Feature Story you would like to edit. Click the 'Edit' button. Edit your Feature Story as you wish, following the same process you followed to initially create your story.
How can I edit my story?
Write your story. First, you have to write your story. Print out your story. Wait. Read your story out loud. Okay, no more waiting. Revise for plot. Write in the margin what each paragraph does. Take out the boring parts. Second Draft Math Equation by Stephen King. Revise for Clarity.
Can you edit a story after posting?
There's no edit button or edit option in the menu when you select a picture or video from a story. You can either adjust the privacy settings or choose to delete individual photos and videos from the story. Any other modifications should be made before posting.
How do I edit my story on Instagram?
Open your story highlight and find the photo or video you want to remove. Tap More (iPhone) or More (Android) in the bottom right of the photo or video. Tap Remove from Highlight or tap Edit Highlight to add more photos or videos to your story.

Can you edit a Facebook story?

How do I edit a story on medium?
Click on your profile picture in the top-right corner of the page to open a menu. Click Stories. Click the Published tab. Click the arrow down button near the story you want to edit. Choose Edit story from the menu. Make the desired changes and click Save and publish to make them live.
How do I change my URL to medium?
You can only change the URL before you publish a draft. Click the three dots for the pull-down menu and select “Customize story link.” After you publish, you can no longer change the URL. It remains fixed even if you change the title later on.
