What do you like best?
I like the most is you can process all the documents in computer no need to print any paper, save time, save money and save our environment.
What do you dislike?
I do not like it is the soft ware does not allow to edit Chinese fonts, I wish that Chinese can be edited too. That will be greatest function.

Love that you can type the form number or name and have access to it. Also love how easy it is to create your own fillable form.
What do you dislike?
I think it could be more user friendly in terms of navigating around the site, docs, templates, etc.

Easy way to fill in forms online Easy to get things filled in and returned to customers without having to print, write and then scan or fax back. Saves a lot of time in getting payment information from guests. This software doesn't really do anything else except for fill in PDF files. If this is all you need then great but it would be nice if it could do some other tasks with PDF files as well.

Great editing. Could use some better freehand options All the editin options are just soooooo practical and useful. i really get work done fast. a better handwritting option would be amazing though. the current one is too choppy

I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't… I canceled my trial but maybe I didn't complete it on my end. Either way the subscription was charged to my card and I contacted support which usually is a nightmare when you have billing problems and it was honestly quick and painless. Great tool! Great tool. I used it only to edit like half a dozen infographics. If anything I would ask for a full color pallet and different shapes for fills and graphics. It could maybe use a little more simplicity of use with the saving/ uploading function but at least functionality is there, no bugs in my experience.

Recommendations to others considering the product: Use if you find DocuSign to be limited in editing functionality. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
