I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. I like the program a lot. You recently changed the format a little. When I want to save a document to my computer, I can't tell it where to save it; it automatically saves it to my downloads, which I do not like. Before you changed the format, I was able to save a PDF completed document to whatever file I needed to on my computer. I would like to be able to do that again.

PDFs made easy
Since using PDFfiller, I haven't seen any PDF I can't tackle
This software allows me to edit any PDF unlike Acrobat Reader. Has other useful functionalities such as sending PDF's to clients for e-signature, merging/extracting/compressing pages as well.
I do not think this software needs any improvements. It helps ease my workload immensely each week.

If you need to complete forms, you need PDF filler
My experience has been good, but I think that for people that don't need to complete a lot of forms per year, there should be a way to pay by form.
I can complete any PDF form regardless where I got them from. This form can be saved, printed, and emailed.
The user interface could be better and it could have more forms available.

Works great, I have never had a problem.
Easy to fill in forms.
Easy to use. Everything is labeled well so you can find what you need to do quick. The files are always where I need them to be.
I haven't had any problems using this software. There isn't anything bad I can say because I haven't ran into anytjing.

What do you like best?
I love all the different options - especially having people sign by text! Super convenient and all around user friendly.
What do you dislike?
Absolutely nothing to dislike. I recommend this to everyone I know.

Real Estate Agents who forget to sign their paperwork, input dates, etc.

I really like the service a lot. It is user friendly and intuitive. I like that this also comes with Sign Now so that I can have all the forms I need for my business easy and accessible for me to get electronically signed.
I would give it 5 starts except in the Sign Now program the program should default to the text box for people to sign and then have the live signature be on a separate tab, so basically reverse what it is now. It is hard for some people to get to the text box for them to type their signature.
I use this all the time in my business and I would recommend it.
