This is a great program. Easy to use and print and save to my computer. However, I would have liked the option to subscribe and pay by the month instead of an entire year at once.

I've had problems expanding boxes to fit text in. Customer support sent a YouTube video and that was some help and fixed one box, but then I had problems with a second box and just didn't have the time to keep trying to fix the problem.
After a few attempts I was able to fix the problem, and now I am very impressed with the program.

the user interaction could be a little better, for example I don't like that when I'm on the Mybox tab, once I open a file and close it I keep getting directed to the dashboard. So I have to keep clicking back to the Mybox. Otherwise, great product! :)

Can electronic signature be typed?
One of the most commonly used electronic signatures today is the Text Typed signature; meaning that one has used a keyboard to type their name, with the intent to sign something. Although Text Typed is the most common, electronic signatures are not limited to this method.

Anyone could type a name on a form for it to be legally binding there must be a way to prove the typed name belongs to the person it represents. Simply typing your name into a document cannot tie the signature to the document. You need to have specialist software like Approve Me to 'hash' the document content.

Under the DESIGN Act, an electronic signature is defined as an electronic sound, symbol, or process attached to or logically associated with a contract or other record and executed or adopted by a person with the intent to sign the record. Is a scanned signature legally binding?
Having a scanned signature(s) on a document is valid. This has to be the case in a world where we are more likely to work with someone geographically far, than local. To reiterate, having a scanned signature on a contract is perfectly acceptable under law. But acceptance isn't the issue.
