Sometimes its a little difficult to navigate around especially for making an application, but once its set it up it works well. Ive noticed 2nd pages are difficult for customers to see and fill out. Wish there was something that would prompt them to go to it.

No, I think its a good program. Just a few things I need to learn how to use. Although, it's a bit costly, I would like to keep using, but it may be expensive for my business.

It is easy to use and upload your own forms as well. I like all the options for changing colors and sizes of the text and O/X . My only complaint is that the box that appears when you place anything kinda stays in your way when you are working.

It´s definately a good pdf writing and editing service, but they do charge quite a lot for people who only use it casually, like me, maybe they should have to more payed plan options...

It's diffcult to make some changes or fix mistakes. I have notice that it is had to find a blank form. So if you need to file say 2 941 forms. I couldn't just choose another 941 form from menu. I had to use one of my saved forms or let the site and choose to file 941 and log back in

How do I send a sensitive file via email?
On your computer, go to Gmail.
Click Compose.
In the bottom right of the window, click Turn on confidential mode. Tip: If you've already turned on confidential mode for an email, go to the bottom of the email, then click Edit.
Set an expiration date and passcode.
Click Save.
How do I send a secure email attachment?
Obtain a digital certificate or signature.
Obtain the public key of the recipient.
Encrypt your email with the attachment.
Send your email with either your digital signature attached or send your digital signature in a prior email.
How do I password protect a PDF in Outlook?
Go to File, then click Protect Using Password. You can set the password only for editing the PDF or for viewing it. Type your password, then re-type it. Click Apply.
