Had to fill in a long medical form. PDFfiller makes it easy and a lot neater than my handwriting. Also, I have to fill this out once a year for the same doctor and it will save me time not having to fill it out from scratch. I needed to create some fillable PDFs for a course I'm running and PDFfiller allowed me to do that with ease. I needed a bit of guidance on how to do it from their person in the chat box (who was very helpful and efficient) and, once they showed me what to do (it was easy), the software was great and pretty intuitive and allowed me to create fillable boxes neatly and easily - it gives you guidelines so you can line them up with each other. It's a pity they don't do a "one-off" fee of $5 or something, rather than a subscription because it's not something I need regularly, so I'd have been happy to just pay a little something toward using it, rather than signing up for the 30 day free trial. Easy to use
I couldn't do my job without this tool. I utilized this everyday as I create and fill out forms quite often. Its very simple and does not take any time to understand how to utilize the software.
At times it can give you problems when you try and save and add certain things. I've also had problems copy certain areas.

This little program is life-changing.
This little program is life-changing. Needing to continuously reproduce docs from old paperwork and (business) historical documents is insanely time consuming. Retyping, reformatting you name it. Sometimes OCR software doesn't cut it. With this program, I've cut my frustration time by 90%. My production time is a breeze. The remaining 10% is my learning curve, but I"m figuring out more as I go, and when stuck? Kara is in chat to figure it and me out. Done.

What do you like best?
- Supports multiple document formats (images, multitude of text data interchange)
- Flexibility of drag and drop controls (date, text, etc)
- Ease of merging and detaching individual pages / coalesced documents
What do you dislike?
"Save" to desktop is usually 2 clicks. There could be a 1 click implementation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Huge improvement from Adobe Acrobat to complete forms

I`m using Adobe and pdf filler. I find pdf filler easier to use for marking up docs etc which is all I have used it for so far. I am interested in learning more functionalities.

What do you dislike?
I haven't found anything to dislike. There is nothing missing for my use.

Redacting of documents is quick and easy. Benefit is that it eliminates the need to print, sign and scan.

I signed up for their services during a free trial, but ended up not needing them. When I realized I had been charged for their services, I immediately emailed them and they processed the refund right then. I offered to pay for the few days that I actually had since it was really my fault, but they refunded the full amount.

Can I use an IF formula in conditional formatting?
The answer is yes and no. Any conditional formatting argument must generate a TRUE result, meaning that at a literal level, your conditional formatting rule is an If/Then statement along the lines of If this condition is TRUE, THEN format the cell this way.
Can you do an IF statement in Excel based on color?
Excel does not have a built-in function to determine cell color. You would need to use VBA code to determine cell color. If you can use a VBA solution, search the Forum using terms like: Count cells by color, or Sum cells by color, etc.
