How easy I can manage PDF documents (fill, convert to an Office document, and signatures). I'm very glad!!

I work in a Legal Department and we review a lot of contracts on a daily basis. Most of the documents came in on PDF format, so using PDF filler to convert the file to an MS Office is easy.

Smooth fillable process
Smooth fillable process. It's just the end of the process, saving the document and accessing it that I still need to get used to. I don't feel too comfortable as I feel like my documents are not easily accessible if I forget my password. I guess it's a matter of getting used to. Also is there a charge sometime in the future for this?

I have not even touched its full use of tools capabilities yet. Every day is a learning curve for me. Me and a friend started up plumbing and heating business and to cut back on overhead i took on the second job at night of doing the books until we can afford a book keeper. Bought the latest Microsoft Office and I am pulling my hair out doing spread sheets , invoices, job proposals, payroll and still have hardly learned a fraction of Offices capabilities. Excel,Word, One Note, Outlook, Access just mentioning the ones i use most. One thing i find hard to do is work with and understand is all the file formats and what one and when to use them. The one i use most is PDF . This program PDF FILLER has made my life so much easier and cut my time in Half. Once i put it in PDF format i couldn't Edit the work. Life is so much better I probably will not go bald now!

So Far, so good! I have only used it a few times, but I LOVE the fact that I can fax items. I would like to learn more as I am sure that there are a ton of things that I can do that I dont even know about!

Does copy and paste reduce quality?
Used correctly, digital technology can eliminate generation loss. Copying a digital file gives an exact copy if the equipment is operating properly. Processing a glossily compressed file rather than an original usually results in more loss of quality than generating the same output from an uncompressed original.
Does copy JPEG reduce quality?
JPEGs Lose Quality Every Time They're Opened and/or Saved: False. Copying and renaming a JPEG will not introduce any loss, but some image editors do recompress JPEGs when the “Save as” command is used. Duplicate and rename JPEGs in a file manager rather than using “Save as JPEG” in an editing program to avoid more loss
Does copy music reduce quality?
One of the main features of digital data is that it can be copied ad infinitum without any losses, unlike analog data. No. You can't degrade an MP3 by copying/moving it around several times (as long as the hardware you're copying it to is okay), just as you can't degrade an MP3 by listening to it multiple times.
Do digital photos degrade when copied?
No. Digital photos don't degrade over time. They face different challenges. Generation Loss: If you don't shoot raw or don't save a raw copy, instead using a lossy format, each time you open the file, make any changes, and export it, you introduce errors.
Is it better to copy or move files?
In general, moving will always be faster than copying. However, it can be as slow as copying in some cases. It all depends on whether any ACTUAL copying is necessary. If you are moving/copying a file within the same hard drive partition, then moving will be faster.
