The software is very user-friendly and FAST! I have purchased several PDF software programs through the year and many times Nuance Scansoft PDF (ver. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7) and have purchased the Foxit (Phantom PDF) one. Great Product! There are many companies that can only access documents in .pdf format so we can edit the documents and send them efficiently using PDFfiller. It takes a while to learn to edit documents properly.

Great customer service support Great customer service support. They have always been responsive on a timely manner when I need help. I use them to submit 1099 forms to the IRS. They even developed a 'fix' to their form so that I could submit a form for an employee that lives out of the country.

Excellent service I had signed up and not cancelled the subscription properly, so I was charged for something I will never used. Jumped on chat, which is usually awful, not a bot, a human, who liked my jokes. Refunded no quibble. If I ever need a pdf filler I will definitely sign up.
