In General, this product works pretty well and is easy to use. There are some issues with AOL not recognising the fillable form or adding a random.jpeg or .png after the.pdf.

Easy to use
Easy to use. Only one downside - can't bring in any other types of fonts. That would be helpful. Other than that it's good for my needs.

Works fast and easy
Works fast and easy, great service!I had signed up very briefly to edit some pdfs for work. The program worked smoothly, but then I foolishly forgot to end my membership, and was billed for a years' worth of their service, which I did not need. Their customer support was top-notch and had my problem resolved in just a few minutes. I'd recommend them for anyone looking for a company that is responsive to their customers.

This is a lifesaver
This program has made such a difference. We use it to edit our PDF documents online all the time. Great!
The learning curve was steep but we are now over it and everything is working fine. Just remember to save your docs frequently.

I'm definitely not tech savvy. Old school pen and paper here. The pdf autofiler is an old girls new best friend. Everything is clearly explained and help is there if or when you need it. I believe I may keep it.

easy to find relevant documents. Appreciate the option to print them or fill them out online. Appreciate how organized the site is and how thorough the collection of documents you have available. Also appreciate being able to write my own signature.

What do you like best?
GREAT to use, has lots of options and you can upload almost anything!
What do you dislike?
I wish that there were more options, like adding icons, or company stamps. I also have found sometimes when I download it there are lines that run through it, very frustrating when it took like an hour to manipulate a document, and it won't upload without random lines.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Specifically AIA forms for commercial contracting, such a great tool!

Do you have to give an employee a copy of a write-up?
Once your employee has signed the write-up, give them a copy and keep one for your own records. Add it to their employee file so that you have a record and proof that they received the write-up. If any type of wrongful termination or discrimination suit arises, you'll have the backup you need.
Can an employer refuse to give you a copy of a write-up?
For example, California's labor code 1198.5 requires employers to allow employees upon request to see all documents within their personnel file that they have signed. Upon request, the employee has a right to a copy.
Can I ask for a copy of my write-up?
If you signed the write-up, you should have received a copy of it. California's law also requires employers to provide an employee with a copy of their personnel file. However, they have up to 30 days to do so.
Can you refuse to sign a write-up?
If an employee refuses to sign a disciplinary write-up, attempt to clarify the issue by going through the document point-by-point. If she still refuses to sign, consider it a form of employee misconduct and document the refusal with a witness present.
Can I request information about me from my employer?
Yes. Data protection law gives you the right to know the type of personal information your employer holds about you, why that information is being held, how the information is being used or will be used, and who will be able to access that information. This is known as a data subject access request.
How do you destroy a former employer?
Write sloppy job ads. Use language that discriminates carelessly. Build a 12-step application process. Be deliberately vague about how to apply. Ignore responses from some candidates.
Does a write-up go on your record?
It's important to keep your cool in any employee disciplinary situation, but even more so when it comes to written documentation. A formal employee write-up will go in their employee record, which you shouldn't assume no one else will never see it.
How long does it take for a write-up to go away?
Six Months. If they are going to be purged, figure they will be considered for about six months. Probably no one will take the paperwork out if the file, but the policy would generally be that if you didn't cause trouble for six months, the previous write ups would not be considered against you. May Not be on File.
