I did not like the fact that when you decided to make it a service that charges you money, there was no warning. It forced you to pay if you wanted to keep your documents. I'm past that now and I am really ENJOYING it now that I am a paying customer.

It is sometimes difficult to understand how to use the different functionalities. Your "how to" guides focus on "push this button, then this" but are not focused on the end product (i.e. " how do you create a XXXX")

Is there a warranty on alignment?
All standard wheel alignment services come with a 12-month / 12,000-mile limited warranty.
Is alignment covered by warranty?
An alignment due to physical damage is not covered by warranty. Well considering it's not a factory defect, and presumed to be aligned when delivered to you, but as a result of you hitting a pothole, you are now out of alignment, then no not covered by any warranty.
What is an alignment warranty?
Choose your alignment warranty (3-month/3,000 miles, 1-year/12,000 miles, 3-year/36,000 miles or Lifetime/Unlimited miles) to insure against potholes other alignment-compromising road hazards that come with the winter weather (and beyond). Don't let the next pothole ruin your wheel alignment.
Do alignments have warranties?
Finally, wheel alignment, tire balancing, and brake pad/lining replacement might be covered under factory warranty for the first 12 months or 12,000 -18,000 miles depending on the dealer. Car warranties are a great benefit to cover unexpected maintenance problems, however, it is important to know what is covered.
How much does an alignment cost?
There are many service centers that can perform an alignment with the average wheel alignment cost being $75 for a single alignment up to $200 for an extended warranty. This is a very important preventative maintenance procedure to have completed as it will ensure the safety of your vehicle's operation.
How long is a wheel alignment supposed to last?
Your mechanic will typically recommend doing the wheel alignment every two-three years. Often, the wheel alignment is recommended when new tires are installed. The alignment should be done more often if your car has wider tires or if it's a sporty car, e.g. Audi, BMW, Mazda 3, Nissan 370Z, etc.
How do you fix a steering alignment?
Raise both front wheels on jack stands.
Put the key in the ignition and turn it to accessory, so that the steering wheel will move.
Look at one wheel at a time from the front of the car.
Loosen the nut that connects the outer and the inner tire rods.
How much does it cost to check alignment?
To check for misalignment, take a look at your tires. All four should wear at approximately the same rate and on the same edge. If one has excessive wearing in an odd location, you need a wheel alignment. Expect to pay between $50 and $75 for a two-wheel alignment, and double that for a four-wheel alignment.
