I like the online webpage. However, I have trouble using the app. It doesn't have my saved signatures and it won't link to my OneDrive (Office 365) properly.

I like the service just wish the process of saving and/or printing docs wasn't as cumbersome - two or three pop up windows before action is completed and not automatically redirected to doc list.

Ease of use is great because I am a one-person office, and don't have access to a lot of office machines, so this works good. I just have to figure out how to get it to scan.

PDFfiller is so user friendly. It helps immensely as a private practice owner where I need to fill-in pdf documents, convert to other formats, and insert verified signatures. I would recommend to other business owners.

I am able to create and update PDF files easily. The newer/updated features are wonderful. (ie. font colors and actual fonts)

Recommendations to others considering the product:
If your company handles PDF files on a regular day to day like mine this is a must-have. From removing or just moving pages to changing/adding the text. I use it daily and haven't found another product that compares. Even Adobe Acrobat doesn't compare.

I can update items that have been delivered to me in a PDF format that I would have issues with normally.

PDF Filller Frendly Support Person
I had Anna, as a PDF friendly support person and she was extremely helpful. I had issues with the account and she was eager to fix it and then I had issues with the form and the same excellent response. She was not only knowledgeable, but fast and very, very helpful. This is a nice software and program and very easy to use. It's easy to understand and I appreciate the fact that I don't have to be Picasso to use it.
