I believe the staff is dedicated to helping the customers and are very professional. Thought I might have to talk to them in person, but they answer and respond quickly through chat and do everything they can to help you right away. When I just had to get my material out right away and short on funds allowed me to try out the program just a few days after I explained my difficulty. Then after few days able to of course, pay for this program that has helped me so much. The forms are easier to read by using PDFfiller, and the video of how to work the software is helpful as well. Works great with laptop, but Was time consuming and difficult to work on IPad. Had to switch to my laptop in order to speed up the process and complet the job.

Difficulty in locating fillable standard forms. I haven't been able to figure out how to "uncheck" or u"un-cross" out a box, it erases the entire box.

How do you research a deed?
Note the names of the buyer (grantee) and/or seller (granter) of the land in which you are interested. Find out where deeds are recorded and stored for the time and place in which you are interested. Check to see if any of the information is available online and use it if it is.
How do I look up a property deed?
Start with the tax assessor. All the information that most people will need or want to know about a deed will be on record with the county tax assessor, such as the current owner, sale dates, price history, and current valuation. Find the records section. Examine the record.
How do I know if my deed is recorded?
Finding Out Whether Your Deed Was Recorded To find out earlier rather than later, simply contact your attorney or escrow agent and ask for a copy of the recording page for your deed. The recording page lists the date your deed was recorded and also includes the volume and page number where your deed can be found.
What happens if you can't find the deeds to your house?
If the deeds went missing or were destroyed while in the custody of a law firm or financial institution then, if satisfied with the evidence, the Land Registry will register the property with an absolute title. If not, then it is usually the case that the property will be registered with a possessor title.
What happens if you don't record a deed?
An owner legally transfers his property to another person on an instrument known as a deed. However, failure to record a deed may cause problems for the new owner. For example, the lack of an official deed will make it nearly impossible to sell the property again or refinance a mortgage.
Is a deed valid if not recorded?
THE PURPOSE OF RECORDING LAWS. In a few states, an unrecorded deed is invalid unless it is recorded. But in most states, an unrecorded deed is valid only between the granter and the grantee. When a deed is unrecorded, it does not give constructive notice to the world of its contents.
Is there a time limit to record a deed?
The option to record a deed is a service offered by a local government, so the public has notice of the current ownership of property. Also, there is no law that prevents a valid deed from being recorded at any time, even years after the official transfer takes place.
Who is responsible for recording a deed?
In the United States, the (recorder) of deeds is often an elected county office and is called the county recorder. In some U.S. states, the functions of a recorder of deeds are a responsibility of the county clerk (or the county's clerk of court), and the official may be called a clerk-recorder or recorder-clerk.
