With the exception of the scam you have going to get people to sign up for your service... (i.e., On a holiday I came into my office to get work done quickly so I could then spend time with my family. I was soo pleased with your service as it let me upload a document and seamlessly edit it for 2 hours and the peace of mind that everything was working properly as your program continually provided feedback saying that 'all changes have been saved'. Then when I finally finished, after triple checking my work and feeling thrilled that I could go celebrate the holiday and be with my family, I selected the big bright button that says, Done!. And only THEN, after 2 hours of work, did you tell me, there is an error and I need to sign up for your program. You should be ashamed of yourselves. I was so excited to tell other people about your program and how well it works. After being scammed, ripped off in terms of money and precious time, I won't be telling anyone about your service. If you prefer to keep me as a happy customer, perhaps you will find a way to make up for this inconvenience (e.g., give me a discounted membership, upgrade my membership, some other kind gesture?) and correct this misunderstanding that you are covertly enticing people to use your program with an inconsiderate scam. I used to the old pdfiller where I can delete pages that I do not need. Maybe, It is also available here and I just need to take time to learn of how to delete pages that I do not need and able to edit even after completing and saved the doc.

We no longer had use for product as we…
We no longer had use for product as we are a small Not for Profit Organisation and they canceled our subscription that was automatically renewed and refunded the $'a that was charged. This happened without any issues and thanks to pdFiller for their understanding

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to upload documents and make the necessary changes to the documents that require modification. I have completed forms for students and uploaded signatures easily and have been able to successfully download documents as well.
What do you dislike?
I have noticed that sometimes when I upload a document that I previously edited using PDFFiller, it makes my signature super bold and not easily read. It changes the format automatically and I have to download a new document to upload and add a signature. It seems like once I utilize PDFfiller and download the document the format of the previous e-signature is no longer compatible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to provide e-signatures to international students on their I-20 documents and PDFfiller has been an integral part of that process. It has been very accommodating for me to upload documents and sign them electronically for students and then easily download them and email them back to the students.

Making signing easy
It was a great team friendly program that made things get done a lot faster and more efficiently even in large with large numbers working on the same thing.
Makes getting multiple groups of people working on one thing done faster with not all having to come to the same place.
Sometimes it was difficult trying to download the papers once the words were added.

I am not computer techy - and I have been able to figure this out to do what we need. I am sure there are features that I have not figured out yet - but I stay very busy @ work so doing a webinar would be tricky to schedule.
