What do you like best?
I like the chat help desk. I liken having a person I can chat with without a long delay. I really do not like have a charter limit on my response, I really do not have that much to say, therefore you get fluff.
What do you dislike?
not being able to locate the forms needed at times. Sometimes hen I attempt to use the form, I do not know the form number and it causes a delay. I do not like having a 40 Character limit for the questions. I really do not have that much to say

What do you like best? Everything about PDFFiller makes my days easier. It's affordable, easy to use, and makes any PDF editing absolutely easy and fast. I would definitely recommend PDFFiller to anyone who needs to be able to edit PDFs or make them fillable. Hands down the best program I've ever used! What do you dislike? I haven't found anything about PDFFiller yet that isn't helpful or user friendly. Recommendations to others considering the product: If you need a software that does it all - edits PDF files, helps you to make PDF files fillable, even lets you send out faxes - PDF Filler is what you need! The annual cost is very affordable for all that it offers and I've yet to see, use, or even hear about any other service that offers all that PDFFiiller does. The problems that I solve using PDFFiller most is to make PDFs fillable - especially since COVID started and we have more people working from home or trying to fill out documents from home.

I had a misunderstanding with PDFfiller . . . thought that I had cancelled my subscription immediately after discovering that it didn’t fit my needs, but something went wrong, & I was charged for a one year subscription at the end of a 30 day trial period (didn’t realize that I was in it). When I went to the Customer Assistance website & explained the problem, PDFfiller immediately refunded the amount charged. Honorable people!
