PDFFILLER HAS CHANGED MY PRACTICE - FOR THE BETTER
I use this software everyday and have found it a necessity in my practice.
Prior to having pdffiller, we still had to type into forms using a TYPEWRITER. No joke. With my legal practice there are numerous forms that we have to fill out. Not only does pdffiller have the usual ability to enter Text into a form, but the feature we rely on the most is the ability to DELETE and RE-TYPE into the document. This has improved the time it takes to draft and amend documents that were not originally created by our office.
Sometimes it is difficult to save under a different name and I often accidentally save over a prior document.

I've been really happy with how easy it is to find certain forms, then fill them in and print them, but I wasn't able to find a few forms I needed and had to look for them elsewhere. I'd be ecstatic if all the forms I needed were all in one place.

A very useful tool for PDFs
Very good experience. In my beginnings I had a little trouble but everything came very quickly. I mainly use it for my professional paperwork with the administrations when I need to edit some files and sometimes I use it to sign. Not only do we save paper but also if we don't have a printer or are on a mobile or the tablet one can use this application. It's great !
Multiple features, easy and practice of use, especially for the modification of documents.
One thing to take into account is that pdfFiller is not easy for one who doesn't know more about this kind of software. Slight bugs sometimes but otherwise nothing to report on the software.

How do you stamp a lease agreement?
You can stamp a tenancy agreement via the Internet, by post or in person at the Stamp Office of the Inland Revenue Department. Both the landlord and tenant are liable to pay stamp duty. Subject to individual arrangement, the stamp duty payment is usually shared between the landlord and the tenant.

The Stamp Duty is paid to the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS). The Tenancy Agreement will only have legal binding power once the Stamp Duty has been paid and all the relevant stamps and seals are in place. The Stamp Duty on rental units also applies to extension of lease, or renewal of Tenancy Agreement.

Do you have to pay stamp duty on a lease?
Stamp Duty Land Tax (SALT) is payable to HMRC on purchases and leases reaching a certain threshold. The current SALT threshold for commercial property is £150,000. For leases, the SALT payable will be calculated based on the length of the lease term, the annual rent, and any premium paid for the lease.
How is stamp duty calculated on a lease?
SALT is calculated based on any lease premium paid by the tenant and on the rent due under the terms of the lease (including VAT if applicable). Once the length of the lease is factored in, the Net Present Value (NPV) of the lease can be determined, along with the amount of SALT that is due.
Do you pay stamp duty on a leasehold?
If you buy a leasehold residential property, you will have to pay Stamp Duty on the purchase price of the lease. There may be additional charges if the lease purchased is unassigned (i.e. new), and there is rent to pay over the life of the lease.
