Wow, I am just testing the functionality of this system. If it does what I think it can its like having a personal secretary/ administrative assistant. I will gladly pay the premium for the service. My one concern, I want to make sure the is confidentiality and protection for the documents I'm transmitting as they are confidential. These days identity theft and misuse of personal protected inforamtion is critical so, you're assurances my site is secure and my documents I choose to fax and mail from PDF filer are not being inappropriately accessed by PDF filler employees is good to share. I like the email code you require for me to log in, that gives me security. I would like to know that when "chatting" with your team, they can't see my actual documents, just my account. I have no reason not to believe your site is secure, but just sharing. I am considering purchasing a small business, I would use your service daily and would like to be able to "buy up" credits for additional fax capabiltiy. Great service ! I've already referred your system to at least 4 different companies including the mortgage company I'm working with on the purchase of my business who has stated they will refer their clients to it. Definitely works. Not sure if there is a way to make figures line up just a little better or have calculated fields, but definitely better than just using adobe acrobat

What do you like best?
Ability to add notes to PDFs for my clients. It really does help answer questions for them much faster and help them understand the document better.

I wish I could merge and rearrange documents without it costing more to upgrade to do so. Would also be nice if If could set two password when securing a file. One for client and my master password

I went into your chat hoping to get answers to my inquiries regarding my account and why I couldn't locate what it kept telling me that I should be seeing. Kara was the second chat agent I messaged in this desire to find out what I was doing wrong... which is fine. The first agent was like an operator I assume... finding out what I needed exactly and then transferring me to the right team. Which happened really QUICKLY!! I am NOT used to any online chats actually being able to do anything as fast as this happened today! Much less get an agent that could actually help me... TODAY was the first in a very LOOOONG time! Kara was GREAT!!! She needs a raise and maybe a promotion. Thanks again, Kara!!! KUDOS to Kara!!!
The one entity that I HAD dedicated my loyalty to (Best Buy) for over a decade... is now in my rearview mirror!!!! They are atrocious at helping anyone with anything online!!! The store employees have to go through the same phone number we do, so they're worthless! And corporate Best Buy... smh... I won't get ugly here, but just state that they were the final straw that broke the camel's back!! I will NEVER give them any more of my time or money!!!

What do you like best?
I like how easy it is to upload documents and make the necessary changes to the documents that require modification. I have completed forms for students and uploaded signatures easily and have been able to successfully download documents as well.
What do you dislike?
I have noticed that sometimes when I upload a document that I previously edited using PDFFiller, it makes my signature super bold and not easily read. It changes the format automatically and I have to download a new document to upload and add a signature. It seems like once I utilize PDFfiller and download the document the format of the previous e-signature is no longer compatible.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had to provide e-signatures to international students on their I-20 documents and PDFfiller has been an integral part of that process. It has been very accommodating for me to upload documents and sign them electronically for students and then easily download them and email them back to the students.

I used the *** filler and editing program for about a year. It was great and easy to use on a daily basis! Unfortunately, I no longer need to use this program since I have changed jobs. I was not able to access my account in order to cancel my subscription. But, the customer support team was very responsive and helpful. They helped me cancel my subscription on the same day that I submitted the request. Excellent service! Thank you!

It works - one problem I found though is that after I scanned a document with the Adobe scanner, the document was locked with password not allowing it to be opened by the person I sent the document to. I didn't seek that extra security so I basically don't know where it NOcame from.

I highly recommend if you just need to do one project I won't comment on the long term part but I signed up for free trial made edits on a 24 page PDF I received via email and to return via email filled out. I was ripped off by two other pdf companies before I tried this one. both times I did 24 pages of work only for it to paywall it and never recover it even after taking my money.THANK YOU PDFFILLER
